TENANTS MOVING IN
At the start of the tenancy, GPS Inventories thoroughly document and photograph the cleanliness and condition of the property whilst ensuring the inventory check list is correct. If there is no inventory list then we would suggest you take full advantage of our range of North East inventory services and ensure an inventory list and check-in is undertaken.
MID TENANCY INSPECTIONS
Another of our very useful inventory services is a quarterly, yearly or ‘one-off’ midterm tenancy inspection, where one of our clerks will record the cleanliness and condition of the property during a tenancy. Our reports include digital photographs and video evidence to provide an insight in to how the property is being looked after during a tenancy.
TENANTS MOVING OUT
At the end of the tenancy we return to the property for the check-out. Using the check-in report, we document, photograph and video any discrepancies and changes in the condition and report the cleanliness of the property and its contents. The inventory clerk will collect the keys from the tenant and return them to the agents or landlord and take final utility meter readings.
